Our agency was founded because our executives had years of corporate experience yet were looking for more personal relationships and connections with their clients. Whether it’s addressing the ‘elephant in the room’ and the issue no one is talking about, or figuring out how a brand can make an impact on consumers with integrity, our agency brings solutions to every opportunity. What’s made us successful is our entrepreneurial spirit and the notion that we must keep growing personally in order to grow professionally and service our clients at the highest level. As a result of the multicultural work we’ve done since 2017, our agency has found a home and a purpose through reaching out to diverse audiences. We’ve seen the effect on the lives of consumers when connected to brands that transform their lives through a product or service. The work we do makes a difference – and matters – in the lives of real people.

THE INNOVATOR AND STRATEGIST

Tell Carlos about a marketing problem, and you'll likely sense the wheels turning in his brain. He's known to come up with a couple of dozen solutions all at once. With nearly 20 years of leading digital experiences in entertainment and tech, his ideas have made digital marketing leaders out of E!, NBCUniversal, Style Network and Bravo. Red carpet events, for example, will never be the same. At E!, Carlos led the team that pioneered the 360-degree glam cam a decade ago. Today, the big networks have followed his lead and vision by developing OTT platforms and using social media to distribute content and engage audiences in order to keep up with the rapidly changing way audiences consume content.

As our CEO, Chief Creative and Technology Officer, Carlos uses technology to drive creative strategy and business growth for our clients. He's built IT infrastructures from scratch and can easily navigate backend systems. Clients have called Carlos a "magician" partly because he ideates and executes from different perspectives: programmer, growth strategist, product developer, even world traveler. One of the most common mistakes in marketing, he says, is making assumptions about personas. Having lived in Caracas, London and Paris, his international experiences have helped him understand and appreciate the nuances of human psychology.

A 30-year veteran of the entertainment industry as an executive V.P., Dana delivered over 6000 television shows to audiences around the world. Motivated by the psychological effects of discrimination in the industry, Dana retired from entertainment to build an agency whose foundation promotes equity and inclusion both internally and externally.

Dana encourages the diverse team at Wicked Bionic to push beyond conventional ways to reach into communities by seeking to fundamentally understand cultural nuances and the minds and hearts of consumers. To grow in understanding diversity and inclusion best practices, Dana graduated from Cornell University's Diversity and Inclusion Certification program in 2021. She is also dedicated to making college a reality in under-resourced communities by serving on the ScholarBridge board of Fulfillment Fund, a 40-year non-profit in Southern California.

Dana's efforts have been influenced by her work with WBEC-West, LA Small Business Academy, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, and Pinnacle Global Network, an organization supporting the growth of established business owners. Dana measures success by the number of lives changed through knowledge-sharing, listening, providing access, and actively supporting colleagues, clients, and communities.
